## § 3 Staff.

Balt., Md., Charter art. IV, § 3 (2026)

(a) The Mayor may appoint such persons to aid in the discharge of the Mayor’s duties as provided in the Ordinance of Estimates.

(b) The Mayor shall appoint and directly supervise a City Administrator, who shall be the chief administrative officer of the City.
