## § 12 Department of Accounts Payable– Established.

Balt., Md., Charter art. V, § 12 (2026)

(a) There shall be a Department of Accounts Payable, the head of which shall be the Director of the Department, who shall be appointed by the Comptroller.

(b) The Director shall appoint such employees as may be provided in the Ordinance of Estimates.
