## § 16 Salaries of State’s Attorney’s Office.

Balt., Md., Charter art. VI, § 16 (2026)

The Board of Estimates is hereby authorized and empowered to fix the salaries of the State’s Attorney, the Deputy State’s Attorney, and Assistant State’s Attorneys of Baltimore City, in amounts not less than those prescribed by <cite data-doc="Md. Const.">the Constitution of Maryland</cite>.
