## § 17 Expenditures for new improvements.

Balt., Md., Charter art. VI, § 17 (2026)

Except as provided in <cite data-path="VII|§61">Section 61 of Article VII</cite>, no expenditure for any new improvement shall be made out of any appropriation in the Ordinance of Estimates unless the plans for such improvement are first submitted to and approved by the Board of Estimates.
