Sections <cite data-path="VIII|§1">1</cite>, <cite data-path="VIII|§2">2</cite>, <cite data-path="VIII|§3">3</cite>, <cite data-path="VIII|§6">6</cite>, and <cite data-path="VIII|§7">7</cite> of <cite data-path="VIII">this </cite><cite data-path="VIII">Article VIII</cite> shall apply to any renewal or extension of a franchise, whether to the same grantee or to others.
