§ 7 Office of Inspector General: Transition Provisions.

The individual holding the position of Inspector General of the City of Baltimore in the Law Department on November 6, 2018, will assume the position of Inspector General created by <cite data-path="X">this Article</cite> on the date <cite data-path="X">this Article</cite> goes into effect.

The 6 year term of the Inspector General who assumes office under the provisions of <cite data-path="X">this Article</cite> runs from the effective date of <cite data-path="X">this Article</cite>.
