## § 5 Report to the Mayor and City Council.

Balt., Md., Charter art. XI, § 5 (2026)

(a) The Commission shall deliver a written report of its findings and recommendations to the Mayor and the City Council.

(b) The City Council shall hold a public hearing at which the Commission shall present its report and recommendations.
