To remain eligible for the tax credit throughout the one-year period for which the credit is granted, the homeowner shall ensure:The property continues to be the homeowner’s principal residence; and The energy conservation device remains in use. If a property does not meet the continuing eligibility requirements, the Department shall remove the tax credit from the property’s account.
