Regulation .07 Costs for Removal of Signs.LinkCopy Citation
The Department may charge the person responsible for posting the illegal sign on City property for:
(1)
the costs of removal of the illegal sign; and
(2)
the cost of repairing any damaged caused by the placement or removal of the sign.
