## Regulation .07 Costs for Removal of Signs.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 07.01.01.07 (2026)

The Department may charge the person responsible for posting the illegal sign on City property for:

(1) the costs of removal of the illegal sign; and

(2) the cost of repairing any damaged caused by the placement or removal of the sign.
