The Director of the Department must maintain a data system capable of reporting on:the name of the person represented on the material removed; the number of advertisements, notices, or other signs removed; the location of the material; and the type of structure from which the material was removed. The Director of the Division must report on the data collected to the Commissioner of Housing when requested.
