A. Adoption.
The Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development adopts these rules and regulations under the <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Code" data-path="|13|§5">City Code Article 13, § 5 {“Licensing of Rental Dwellings”}</cite>.

B. Scope.
These rules and regulations provide for the rules and procedures governing multi-family dwelling license revocation hearings.
