## Regulation .02 Exclusions.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 07.03.03.02 (2026)

The Department may not list a property for sale through the Fixed Pricing Program if the property:

A. Is valued over $100,000;

B. Is identified for site assemblage;

C. Is part of an existing development project; or

D. Is needed to implement a Departmental whole block strategy.
