The following applicant types will be subject to <cite data-path="07.03.03.05">this regulation</cite>:A developer; and A 501(c)(3) nonprofit, including a:Small 501(c)(3) nonprofit; and Large 501(c)(3) nonprofit. An applicant type provided for in <cite data-path="07.03.03.05|A.">§A of this regulation</cite> shall ensure:A vacant building acquired through the Fixed Pricing Program is developed for:Residential use; Residential mixed-use; or Residential mixed-use that includes a green space; and An occupancy permit is obtained within 12 months from the date of settlement.
