## Regulation .01 Scope.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 13.02.01.01 (2026)

A. Rules governing an environmental investigation following a determination of an elevated blood lead level in a child or pregnant woman;

B. Methods and standards for determining a lead hazard exists;

C. Procedures for violation notices;

D. Requirements for abatement of a lead hazard;

E. Processes for requesting the use of an alternative abatement method;

F. Methods for abatement of a lead hazard existing in soil;

G. Rules regarding the presence of persons and animals during the abatement process;

H. Rules regarding inspection by the Baltimore City Health Department during abatement and disposal of abatement waste;

I. Rules regarding the issuance of a stop-work order;

J. Rules regarding a clearance inspection and the issuance of a statement of completion of the lead hazard abatement;
