A.
An owner or operator shall inform an occupant or tenant of health hazards to a person or animal associated with lead abatement.
B.
If the property is a rental dwelling, an owner or operator shall:
(1)
Immediately secure a temporary lead-safe or lead-free residence for the tenant; and
(2)
Pay the tenants’ reasonable relocation expenses until the Commissioner verifies that abatement is completed.
C.
A tenant may not return to the property until abatement is completed in accordance with federal and state requirements and <cite data-path="13.02.01.10">this regulation</cite>.
