A.
A person performing abatement work shall ensure abatement waste is:
(1)
Removed from the site within 24 hours of abatement completion; and
(2)
Stored, transported, and disposed of in accordance with applicable law.
B.
A person may not dispose of abatement waste through regular residential or commercial trash collection.
