## Regulation .12 Inspection during Abatement.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 13.02.01.12 (2026)

The Department may:

A. Inspect the exterior of a property where abatement is occurring at any time; and

B. Inspect the interior of a property where abatement is occurring during regular business hours.
