A.
The Commissioner may issue a stop work order if work is being performed:
(1)
In a dangerous manner; or
(2)
By an unaccredited contractor.
B.
Upon issuance of the stop work order, a person performing abatement work shall cease work at the property until the Commissioner finds there is compliance with the order.
