A.
Subject to the provisions of Baltimore City Health Code § 10-219 and § 10-220, the Health Commissioner may deny, amend, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a permit issued under these regulations.
B.
The provisions of Baltimore City Health Code §§ 10-222, 10-223, 10-224 apply to a permit issued under these regulations.
