An applicant shall submit an application for a dockless vehicle permit in accordance with the information published on the Department’s website regarding submission processes. At the time of submission, an applicant shall ensure their application contains:An operations plan that includes:Hours and days of operation, including relevant limitations; Procedures for responding to extreme weather events; Procedures for responding to special events; Procedures for responding to complaints; Procedures for ensuring availability of dockless vehicles in each deployment district; and Procedures and avoiding overconcentration of the applicant’s fleet in a single deployment district; and A maintenance plan that includes:Procedures for ensuring that the applicant’s fleet is:Safe for public use; and Well-maintained; A schedule for inspection of the applicant’s fleet; A description of the training method used for the applicant’s mechanics; A description of the life expectancy for each component of a dockless vehicle; and A method of long-term monitoring to ensure the condition of vehicles in the applicant’s fleet. An applicant shall notify the Department of a change to the noted requirements in <cite data-path="14.02.01.03|B.">§B of this regulation</cite>.
