A permit holder shall remit a fee for the issuance of a revocable dockless vehicle permit within 30 days of being awarded the permit. The Board of Estimates shall:Approve the cost of the fee, which will include the cost of:Issuing the permit; Program administration; Associated infrastructure; Education; Enforcement; and Program evaluation; and Disclose the cost of the fee to a permit applicant before the application deadline. If a permit holder’s permit is revoked, the Department may not refund a permitting fee paid by the permit holder for the current permit cycle.
