## Regulation .13 Vehicle Standards – Timeline for Compliance.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 14.02.01.13 (2026)

Upon notification of a violation in accordance with <cite data-path="14.02.01">this chapter</cite>, the Department shall calculate a timeline for compliance that is:

A. Based on the extent of changes required to a permit holder’s fleet;

B. No fewer than 60 days; and

C. No more than 6 months.
