Balt., Md., COBRA § 14.03.04.07 (2026)

A permit holder is responsible for the following maintenance tasks required to keep the curbside facility safe for consumption of food and beverage:

(1)

Cleaning the curbside facility daily, including:

(a)

Removing all trash and food waste, and

(b)

Implementing non-toxic preventative pest control measures;

(2)

Securing tables and chairs so that they may not be used outside business hours; and

(3)

Repairing any structural failures or defects immediately upon discovery.

A permit holder may not serve patrons in a curbside facility with known structural or sanitation deficiencies.
