## Regulation .03 Initial Application Process.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 14.03.05.03 (2026)

A. An applicant applying for a disability space for the first time shall:

  (1) Complete an application in the form that the Director requires; and

  (2) Acquire the application form by:

    (a) Obtaining a copy from the PABC office; or

    (b) Downloading a copy from the PABC website.

B. An applicant shall ensure a submitted application contains:

  (1) The required medical documentation; and

  (2) The noted requirements as specified in the application.
