## Regulation .04 Renewal Applications.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 14.03.05.04 (2026)

A. To maintain an assigned disability space, a space-holder shall complete a renewal application  in accordance with these regulations.

B. Distribution of Renewal Application.
The PABC shall:

  (1) Ensure a renewal application is issued to a space-holder each year following the initial date that the disability space was awarded; and

  (2) Issue the renewal application to the address listed in the space-holder’s initial application.

C. A space-holder shall return a renewal application to the PABC within 90 calendar days of receipt.
