## Regulation .01 Scope.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 14.09.01.01 (2026)

These regulations:

(1) Implement a plan for fulfilling public service requests for traffic calming through the 311-system in Baltimore City;

(2) Create a prioritization system for traffic calming that accounts for equity; and

(3) Expand the toolkit of traffic calming options to promote safety and livability on City streets.
