A.
A person may not own or operate an adult entertainment business in Baltimore City without first obtaining an adult entertainment business license in accordance with <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Code" data-path="|15">City Code Article 15</cite>, Title 1.
B.
A licensee shall display a framed copy of licensee's license in a conspicuous area that is visible to the public.
C.
A licensee shall present the license to an authorized public official upon request.
