## Regulation .01 Scope.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 21.02.04.01 (2026)

A. <cite data-path="21.02.04">This chapter</cite> establishes rules for:

  (1) Recreational uses of the:

    (a) Loch Raven Reservoir, including its:

      (i) Tributaries; and

      (ii) Surrounding property.

    (b) Prettyboy Reservoir, including its:

      (i) Tributaries; and

      (ii) Surrounding property.

    (c) Liberty Reservoir, including its:

      (i) Tributaries; and

      (ii) Surrounding property.

  (2) Protection of:

    (i) The water supply;

    (ii) Watershed property; and

    (iii) The public.

B. These regulations govern City water quality management areas under control of the City and administered by the Department of Public Works, including:

  (1) Reservoirs; and

  (2) Adjacent watersheds.
