## Regulation .04 Watercraft Specifications – Prohibitions.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 21.02.04.04 (2026)

A permit holder may not operate the following types of watercraft in a WQMA:

A. A watercraft with a gasoline-powered motor;

B. A watercraft propelled by sails;

C. A pontoon boat;

D. A paddle boat;

E. A stand-up paddle board;

F. A watercraft with an electric motor that does not conform to the manufacturer’s specification; or

G. A watercraft that is:

  (1) Inflatable;

  (2) Foldable; or

  (3) Collapsible.
