## Regulation .13 Recreational Activities - Additional Prohibitions.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 21.02.04.13 (2026)

A person in a WQMA may not:

A. Camp;

B. Erect a structure, whether permanent or temporary;

C. Climb a tree, except as provided in <cite data-path="21.02.04.10">regulation .10 of this chapter</cite>;

D. Rock climb or rappel;

E. Swim in a reservoir;

F. Wade in a reservoir;

G. Remove:

  (1) Geological material;

  (2) Biological material; or

  (3) An archaeological artifact.

H. Use a metal detector;

I. Skate or walk on frozen sections of the watershed;

J. Engage in geocaching activities; or

K. Bungee jump.
