## Regulation .15 Trespassing.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 21.02.04.15 (2026)

A person may not enter:

A. A WQMA from sunset to sunrise, except as provided in <cite data-path="21.02.04.10">regulation .10 of this chapter</cite>;

B. An area of a WQMA posted as closed or otherwise restricted; or

C. A building or structure closed to the public.
