## Regulation .19 Refuse and Pollution.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 21.02.04.19 (2026)

A. A person may not pollute a WQMA.

B. A person shall remove refuse and personal effects brought into a WQMA, including, but not limited to:

  (1) Bottles and cans;

  (2) Signs, handbills and posters;

  (3) Unapproved trail markers and signs; and

  (4) Human or animal waste.
