## Regulation .20 Intoxicants.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 21.02.04.20 (2026)

A person may not:

A. Smoke in a WQMA, except:

  (1) On a paved road; or

  (2) In a parking area.

B. Possess or consume an alcoholic beverage in a WQMA.
