## Regulation .21 Vehicles and Parking.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 21.02.04.21 (2026)

A. A person may not operate a motorized vehicle on an unpaved woods road, except:

  (1) A designated patrol vehicle;

  (2) A designated emergency vehicle; or

  (3) A contractor working on behalf of the City of Baltimore.

B. A person may not:

  (1) Block:

    (a) A woods road entrance with a vehicle; or

    (b) A gate or public access with a vehicle.

  (2) Park in violation of a posted sign or where otherwise prohibited.
