## Regulation .22 Vending.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 21.02.04.22 (2026)

A person may not engage in the following activities in a WQMA without the written permission of the City of Baltimore Board of Estimates after making a request to the Director:

A. Selling goods or services;

B. Renting goods or services; or

C. Advertising goods or services.
