Solicitations, responses, and evaluations are subject to the Maryland Public Information Act (“MPIA”). Responses to solicitations are available for public inspection as specified on the Comptroller’s website after the bid has been received by the Board. If a responder believes its response includes confidential commercial information not disclosable under the MPIA it shallclearly designate that information when it is submitted to the City, and identify any such item in their bid or proposal by marking it as “confidential”. Information not marked “confidential” may be disclosed under the MPIA.
