A.
Quorum.
A majority of five members shall constitute a quorum of the Commission.
B.
Voting Rules.
(1)
For matters concerning zoning changes, an affirmative 2/3 vote of the membership is required to carry the motion (<em>cf</em>. <a href="https://legislativereference.baltimorecity.gov/sites/default/files/01%20-%20Charter_0.pdf">City Charter</a>Art. VII, Sec. 72(l)).
(2)
For all other matters, a simple majority affirmative vote of the membership is required to carry the motion.
C.
Motions.
(1)
Motions shall be restated by the Chairperson before a vote is taken.
(2)
The names of the Commissioners making the motion and seconding the motion shall also be restated and recorded in the minutes.
