## Regulation .01 Restatement and Amendment of Area 18 – Middle/East/South.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 29.02.04.01 (2026)

The PABC restates and amends RPP Area 18 – Middle/East/South on the following block faces or portions of block faces:

A. 400 block of North Castle Street (both sides, both sides posted);

B. 500 block of North Castle Street (both sides, both sides posted);

C. 600 block of North Castle Street (both sides, both sides posted);

D. 400 block of North Chapel Street (both sides);

E. 400 block of North Chester Street (both sides, both sides posted);

F. 500 block of North Chester Street (both sides, both sides posted);

G. 200 North Chester Street (both sides, both sides posted);

H. 400 block of North Collington Avenue (both sides, both sides posted);

I. 500 block of North Collington Avenue (both sides, both sides posted);

J. 700 block of North Collington Avenue (both sides, both sides posted);

K. 800 block of North Collington Avenue (odd side, odd side posted);

L. 1900 block of North Jefferson Street (odd side, odd side posted);

M. 2000 block of Jefferson Street (both sides, both sides posted);

N. 2100 block of Jefferson Street (both sides, both sides posted);

O. 2200 block of Jefferson Street (both sides, both sides posted);

P. 2000 block of McElderry Street (both sides, both sides posted);

Q. 2200 block of McElderry Street (both sides, both sides posted);

## Regulation .02 Parking restrictions in Area 18 – Middle/East/South

A. The PABC shall post and enforce the following parking restrictions:

B. Area 18 permit holders will not be subject to the restrictions in A. of <cite data-path="29.02.04.02">this Regulation</cite>.

## Regulation .03 Special Permit Eligibility.

The PABC may not issue special permits in Area 18.

## Regulation .04 Permit Limits for Residents.

Balt., Md., COBRA § 29.02.04.04 (2026)

A dwelling unit in Area 18 may apply for:

A. Up to four vehicle permits; and

B. One visitor permit.
