## § 10-11 Digitization.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 10-11 (2026)

As provided in <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter" data-path="I|§7|(b)">City Charter Article I, § 7(b)</cite>, any agency may substitute a digital image or file for any of its records, provided that:

(1) the required Record Retention and Disposition Schedule has been approved; and

(2) any digital surrogates have been produced in a manner consistent with the rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle.
