## § 11-4 Officers.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 11-4 (2026)

(a)

  (1) The Chair shall be elected from among the Board’s members by a majority vote of the members of the Board.

  (2) The term of the Chair is 2 years.

  (3) The Chair may be re-elected.

(b) The Board may elect a Vice-Chair and other officers from among its members.
