There shall be a Convention Complex, consisting of the Baltimore Arena and the Convention Center, the head of which shall be a Convention Complex Director, who shall be appointed by the Mayor in accordance with <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter" data-path="IV|§6">Article IV, § 6 of the Baltimore City Charter</cite>. There shall also be a Baltimore Arena Manager who shall manage and operate the Baltimore Arena, and a Convention Center Manager who shall manage and operate the Convention Center, both of whom shall be subject to the supervision and control of the Convention Complex Director.
