## § 13-3 Contracts; property.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 13-3 (2026)

(a) All contracts or agreements entered into for or in connection with the maintenance or repair of the Convention Center and Baltimore Arena and their facilities shall be subject to the terms and provisions of <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter" data-path="VI|§11">Article VI, § 11 of the City Charter</cite>, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

(b) The title to all land or property of every kind and every right, interest, franchise, easement or privilege therein, acquired for or in connection with the Convention Center and Baltimore Arena shall be or remain in the name of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore.
