## § 19-1 Office created; function.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 19-1 (2026)

(a) There is created the Office of Intergovernmental Research under a Director.

(b) It is the function of this Office to analyze the State and Federal legislative needs of the City and related matters and make recommendations thereon to the Mayor.
