In consultation with the Commission, the Mayor shall appoint a Director of the Commission in accordance with <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter" data-path="IV|§6">Article IV, § 6 of the City Charter</cite>. The Director shall perform duties as required by the Mayor to carry out the provisions of this subtitle. Staff may be employed in accordance with the Ordinance of Estimates.
