§ 24-3 Annual assessments.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 24-3 (2026)

On or before October 31 of each year, the Office of Homeless Services shall publish an assessment of:

(1)

the number of homeless persons in the City who desire overnight shelter; and

(2)

current shelter availability and adequacy.
