## § 25-1 Program established.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 25-1 (2026)

(a) There is a Confiscated Assets for Neighborhoods Grant Program in the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice.

(b) The purpose of the Grant Program is to fund community-based safety initiatives.
