## § 25-6 Rules and regulations.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 25-6 (2026)

(a) Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice shall adopt rules and regulations to carry out this subtitle and the grant program established under it.

(b) Among other things, these rules and regulations may further define:

  (1) words or phrases used in this subtitle;

  (2) qualifications for grant applicants;

  (3) procedures for awarding grants; and

  (4) procedures for monitoring the use of grant funds.
