## § 37-2 Fees ineligible for discount.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 37-2 (2026)

The 50% discount required by this subtitle does not apply to:

(1) the fee schedule of the Department of Recreation and Parks;

(2) fees imposed by the Parking Authority;

(3) fees charged by the Department of Housing and Community Development for temporary structures pursuant to <cite data-path="|building-codes|II">Building Code</cite> <cite data-path="|building-codes|II|109.6.1">§ 109.6.1</cite>m {“Temporary structures”}; or

(4) fees charged by the Fire Department.
