The 50% discount required by this subtitle does not apply to: the fee schedule of the Department of Recreation and Parks; fees imposed by the Parking Authority; fees charged by the Department of Housing and Community Development for temporary structures pursuant to <cite data-path="|building-codes|II">Building Code</cite> <cite data-path="|building-codes|II|109.6.1">§ 109.6.1</cite>m {“Temporary structures”}; or fees charged by the Fire Department.
